Search Briefing

The search process with W&Co Search begins with a thorough recruitment briefing session with key decision makers where we gain a detailed understanding of our clients hiring needs, including position requirements, responsibilities, challenges and organisation culture. This helps us create a comprehensive position description that attracts high calibre candidates.

Advertise Position

Once the search parameters have been defined and position description is finalised, we promote the opportunity through our extensive network and various channels such as online platforms, industry specific groups, social media and our website. We conduct thorough research and market mapping to ensure we are effectively targeting relevant and untapped talent.

Candidate Screening

On receiving applications, we conduct in depth screening of candidate resumes, conducting initial interviews, and assessing qualifications, experience and skill sets aligning to the recruitment briefing and clients requirements. Additional checks are also completed such as background, professional references and media presence.

Shortlisting

Following the screening process, we present a shortlist of recommended candidates to progress. We manage and facilitate client interviews, where we can participate in panel interviews providing further insights and manage governance and conflicts of interest.

Placement

Upon reaching a consensus with the client, we manage additional pre-employment checks required as well as the negotiation of terms with the chosen candidate. We partner with Human Resources handling all necessary paperworks and logistics for a seamless positive onboarding experience.
